Covid 19 Working Practices

As of today (Wednesday 13th May) although we are still in lockdown Scott is now able to carry out non essental works in the home again, as per the guidelines set out by the government in the Plan to Rebuild. We'd like to reassure our customers that when working in your home we are carrying out the protective measures outlined in this plan, please see these below:

  • A 2m distance will be maintained at all times where possible between Scott and the customer and any other trades on site.

  • Where social distancing cannot be maintained Scott will wear a face covering onsite.

  • Scott will Sainitise his hands before and after leaving any site and ensure all working surfaces have been wiped down with antibacterial wipes.

  • We strongly advise all customers to leave doors open where possible so that Scott can avoid touching door handles and keep the work space well ventilated.

  • We insists that any households who are displaying symptoms when Scott is due to arrive on site please notify the office and reschedule the appointment/work. We will of course do the same if Scott or anyone in his household displays Covid symptoms.

Throughout this period we have continued to carry out emergency call outs and urgent works, and this still remains our priority. However if you are not classed as vulnerable and would like a quote for planned plumbing or heating maintenance in your home please do get in touch and we will schedule a no obligation quote.

We very much hope our customers have been able to stay safe and well during this time, and look forward to seeing you again.
